All CROCHET STUDIO products are digital PDF crochet patterns. Nothing is shipped. Your files are available to download right after checkout.
Digital downloads
Because a PDF can be downloaded and kept as soon as it is delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your order is complete. Please read the product page before you buy, including the skill level, the finished size, the crochet terms (US) and the list of supplies you will need.
When we will help
We will always make it right if something goes wrong with your files. Contact us and we will send you a new link, a corrected file or a full refund if:
- you did not receive your download link or email,
- the file will not open or is damaged,
- you were charged twice for the same pattern, or
- you received a different pattern from the one you ordered.
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number.

Stuck on a round or a step? Send us a message and we will do our best to help you finish your project.
Supplies and finished toys
Yarn, hooks, safety eyes, stuffing and finished toys are not included with any pattern.
