These terms apply when you visit crochetstudio.store or buy a pattern from CROCHET STUDIO ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell digital PDF crochet patterns in English, using US crochet terms. A pattern is a set of written instructions and photos. It does not include yarn, tools, materials or a finished toy. Product photos show the finished design; your result will depend on your yarn, hook and tension.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or product was listed by mistake.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive access to your download on the order confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

5. What you may do with a pattern

  • You may print the pattern and keep copies for your own use.
  • You may sell or give away toys you make yourself from the pattern, in small handmade quantities. Please credit the pattern designer named on the product page.

6. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, upload, translate or give away the PDF, its text or its photos, in full or in part.
  • Claim the pattern as your own or use our photos to sell your items.
  • Use the pattern for factory or mass production.

The patterns, text and photos are protected by copyright and remain our property or the property of the designer who licensed them to us.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to write clear, accurate patterns, but we cannot guarantee a specific result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
